Circular regarding onboarding of certain categories of the regulated entities to the central registry for registration and satisfaction of assignment of receivable transactions

The International Financial Services Centre Authority vide circular no.IFSCA-FCR0ITFS/2/2024-Banking/01 mandates IFSC-regulated entities (Banking Units, Finance Companies, TReDS, etc.) to register with CERSAI's Central Registry for assignment of receivables transactions. This circular shall come into force from 07th August 2025. Please refer the circular for more details.
