The Securities and Exchange Board of India vide circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2025/129 has widened the definition of Not-for-Profit Organizations (NPOs) eligible to list on the SSE, etc. This circular shall come into force from 19th September 2025.
