This circular is issued in exercise of powers conferred under Section 11(1) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 read with Regulation 31 (2) (b) of SEBI (Issue and Listing of Debt Securities) Regulations, 2008. This circular shall be applicable for debt securities issued on or after August 01, 2021.
