In exercise of powers conferred by Section 3 read with Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992 (No. 22 of 1992), as amended, read with Para 1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-20, the Central Government hereby makes amendment to the Notification No.34/2015- 2020 dated 4th October, 2021 pertaining to Chapter 90 of Schedule – 2 of ITC (HS) Export Policy, 2018 related to export of Syringes, Current Policy (As per Notification No. 34 dated 4.10.2021),Refer attachment for further clarification.
