AMENDED NOTIFICATION OF THE SECURITIES CONTRACTS (REGULATION) (STOCK EXCHANGES AND CLEARING CORPORATIONS) (SECOND AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 2021
This notification has come into effect from 13.08.2021. In the Securities Contracts (Regulation) (Stock Exchanges and Clearing Corporations) Regulations, 2018, - In regulation 19, In the second proviso to sub-regulation (1), the word “listed” shall be omitted. Sub-regulation (2) shall be omitted. In sub-regulation (4), the words and symbol “sub-regulation (2) or” shall be omitted. Sub-regulation (6) shall be omitted.
