AMENDED NOTIFICATION OF THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE BOARD OF INDIA (DEPOSITORIES AND PARTICIPANTS) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 2021 (DATED - 13.08.2021)
This notification has come into effect from 13.08.2021 In the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018- In Regulation 22, - In the proviso to sub-regulation (1), the word ―listed‖ shall be omitted. Sub-regulation (2) shall be omitted. In sub-regulation (4), the words and symbol “sub-regulation (2) or” shall be omitted. Sub-regulation (6) shall be omitted.
