This notification has come into effect from 06.09.2021. In the Competition Commission of India (General) Regulations, 2009, in regulation 14, in sub-regulation (3), after clause (a), the following proviso shall be inserted, namely: “Provided that the Chairperson may also authorize other Officers of the Commission for the purpose.”
