Reference is drawn to Chapter VIII of“Consolidated Guidelines on Product filing inHealth InsuranceBusiness” (Ref:IRDAI/HLT/REG/CIR/194/07/2020 dated22.07.2020) through which guidelines onmigration and portability of health insurancepolicies were specified. Further to the above referred guidelines, forseamless coverage with continuity of benefits tothe account holders of various banks who areprovided health insurance coverage through groupinsurance schemes, the following guidelines arehereby issued.
