In view of the above, the aforementioned laboratory is hereby requested to expedite the process and get the SFTL accredited by NABL within the period mentioned in the Table at para 2 and forward the proposal to FSSAI for recognition and notification of their laboratory under section 43(1) of FSS Act, 2006; failing which, laboratory will be discontinued from the ambit of section 98 of FSS Act, 2006, refer attachment for further details
