This notification has come into effect from 31.12.2021. In the Environment (Protection) Rules, 1986, in rule 5, in sub-rule (3), in clause (d), “for the words, letters and figures 31st December, 2021, the words, letters and figures 30th June, 2022 shall be substituted”, refer attachment for further details.
