As discussed in 33rd meeting of CAC held on 15th September, 2021, it has been decided to capture 100% details of following enforcement activities online in FoSCoS to achieve transparency, maintaining compliance history of FBOs, monitoring and centralized management of data: Sample Details, Improvement notices, Adjudication, Online Penalties (in case of Annual Returns) after issuance of penalty orders. In the view of above, Commissioner of Food Safety of all States/UTs and Regional Directors, FSSAI are requested to direct their Licensing Authorities to comply with para 2 above mandatorily w.e.f 1st Oct 2021
