This notification has come into effect from 30.09.2021. In the Central Motor Vehicle Rules, 1989, in rule 115A, in sub-rule (9), in clause (c), for the words “Non-Road Safety Cycle (NRSC)” the words “Non-Road Steady Cycle (NRSC)”, shall be substituted, In table 1, in the heading “Applicable with effect from”, for the words and figures, “1st October, 2021” the words and figures“1st April, 2022” shall be substituted, In sub-rule (10), in clause (c), for the words “Non-Road Safety Cycle (NRSC)” the words “Non-Road Steady Cycle (NRSC)” shall be substituted.
