NOTIFICATION OF THE LEGAL METROLOGY (PACKAGED COMMODITIES) (AMENDMENT) RULES, 2022(DATED-09.12.2022)

They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. In the Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) (Amendment) Rules, 2022, in rule 1, in sub-rule (2), for the figures, letters and words “1st day of December, 2022”, the figures, letters and words “1st Day of January, 2023” shall be substituted, refer attachment for further details.
