Revision Of Procedures And Documentation For Obtaining One-Time Authorization Under Rule 13 Of HOW(M&TM) Rules 2016 In Punjab
Punjab State Pollution Control Board vide notification No. SEE(HQ-2)/2020/475, has released directions regarding the procedure for dealing application for obtaining one-time authorization by the trader for the import of scrap on behalf of 'actual user' as required under Part-D of Schedule-III of Hazardous and Other Waste (Management and Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016. The notification also contains the list of documents required for the submission of the application for obtaining the one-time authorization. Please refer to the notification for details
