Industries Generating Hazardous Waste To Install Display Board In Assam
Pollution Control Board Assam vide Notification No. WB/T-237/19-20/95 has directed all industries involved in hazardous chemicals and generating hazardous waste to install display board outside the factory gate containing information related to effluent discharge, air emissions, and waste generated in their factory premises in the format annexed with the notification. In addition to this, the Installation of Online Display Board has been made mandatory in all the large scale, medium, and small units and it may also be regulated to install an appropriate size manual environmental data display board outside the factory gate.
