Introduction Of Online Random Central Inspection System Under Himachal Pradesh Pollution Control Board
The Governor of Himachal Pradesh vide notification No. Ind.-A(F)13-3/2017 has introduced an online random Central Inspection System covering the Himachal Pradesh State Pollution Control Board. The framework will integrate the independent inspection systems in various departments to form a Central Random Online Inspection System, responsible for synchronizing multiple inspections and all inspections will be directed through the Central Random Online Inspection System. The Central inspection framework will be applicable to the following acts: (a) The Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 (b) The Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.
