Auto Renewal Of The Consent To Operate Green And Orange Category Industries In Delhi

Delhi Pollution Control Committee vide notification F.NO. DPCC/IT Cell/79/2020/2327-38 has introduced auto renewal of consent to operate for Green and Orange category units under Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act,1974 and Air (Prevention and control of pollution) Act,1981. The auto renewal will be done after self-certification, undertaking and consent fee to facilitate the industries in the process of Ease of Doing Business. Please refer the notification for more details
