Implementation Of Compensation Regime For Violation Of Noise Pollution (Regulation And Control) Rules, 2000 In Delhi

Delhi Pollution Control Committee vide notification F.NO. DPCC/ (12)(1)(316)/Air Lab/2021/184 has directed the designated Authorities in NCT of Delhi to implement Scale of compensation for violation of Noise Pollution (Regulation and Control) Rules, 2000 as accepted by Hon'ble National Green Tribunal. The notification further details on the amount of compensation leviable against each type of violation which comes under Noise Rules. Please refer to the notification for more details
