Bihar Pollution Control Board vide notification no. 12 has introduced an auto-renewal system for Consent to Operate (CTO) and Consent To Establish (CTE) under the Air (Prevention and control of pollution) Act,1981 and Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act 1971. Now, to making the process easier for the entrepreneurs in the state from 1st January 2021, 30 days prior to the expiry of the Consent an option for renewal is granted and as soon as the paid online application is given, the order of consent will be obtained via QR Code (automatically) for operation with the extension of duration.
