(1) These regulations may be called the Food Safety and Standards (Import) First Amendment Regulations, 2020.  (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette except the section (1) (A) (i) and (1) (A) (ii) below; and Food Business Operator shall comply with all other provisions of these regulations with effect from 1st July, 2021.
