FSSAI reminded labs to submit their profile/update profile before 20.08.2021 in case failing which laboratories will be de-notified. If laboratories have failed to comply with the clause (iv) & (v) of Sub-regulation (1) of Regulation no10 of FSS (Recognition & Notification of Laboratories) Regulations, 2018 and are hereby suspended for a period of 6 months from the date of issue of the said order as per sub-regulations 2 of Regulation no 10 of FSS (Recognition & Notification of Laboratories) Regulations, 2018, refer attachment for further details
