In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Motor Vehicles (Amendment) Act, 2019 (32 of 2019), the Central Government hereby appoints the 15th  day of February, 2022 as the date on which section 44 of the said Act shall come into force, refer attachment for further details.
