In pursuance of the proviso to sub-rule (1) of rule 78 of the Aircraft Rules, 1937 and in supersession of the notification No. No. AV-11012/7/2020- A dated 20th June, 2022, published in the Gazette of India, Part I, Section I on 22nd June 2022, the Central Government hereby directs that no person shall operate scheduled air transport services to/from Diu aerodrome after 31st December, 2023 unless it has been licensed by the Director General of Civil Aviation as required by sub-rule (1) of rule 78 of the Aircraft Rules, 1937 and refer attachment for further details.
