In pursuance of the proviso to sub-rule (1A) of rule 78 of the Aircraft Rules, 1937 and in supersession of the notification No. AV.11012/4/2005-A dated 29th October, 2020, published in the Gazette of India, Extra ordinary, Part I, Section I on 09th November, 2020, the Central Government hereby directs that no person shall operate scheduled air transport services to/from a defence aerodrome after 30th June, 2023 unless such aerodrome has been certified by the Director General of Civil Aviation as required by sub-rule (1A) of rule 78 of the Aircraft Rules, 1937 and refer attachment for further details.
