In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 12 A of the Essential  Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby notifies that the Fertiliser (Inorganic, Organic or Mixed) (Control) Order, 1985, made under section 3 of the said Act as special order for the purposes of the said section, refer attachment for further details.
