All provisions of Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Ancillary Services) Regulations, 2022 except those mentioned in para (b) below, shall come into force with effect from 05.12.2022. The following provisions shall come into force from the date to be separately notified by the Commission: Provisions pertaining to TRAS under Regulation 6; Regulations 14 to 19; Provisions pertaining to TRAS in Regulations 20 to 22 Regulations 26. (c) Detailed Procedures issued under Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Ancillary Services) Regulations, 2015 shall continue to be in operation till further directions, refer attachment for further details.
