The Central Electricity Authority (Furnishing of Statistics, Returns and Information)Regulations, 2007 were published in six newspaper dailies, as required under sub-regulation (2) of regulation 9 of the said regulations for inviting objections and suggestions from all persons likely to be affected thereby, before the expiry of the period of thirty-five days, from the date on which the copies of the newspaper containing the said publications were made available to the public.
