NOTIFICATION REGARDING SUB-SECTION (1) OF SECTION 4B (BUREAU OF CIVIL AVIATION SECURITY) OF THE AIRCRAFT ACT, 1934(XXII OF 1934) (DATED - 22.10.2021)
The Central Government hereby notifies that the Bureau of Civil Aviation Security, the attached office of Ministry of Civil Aviation, henceforth, shall be known as a body constituted in terms of sub-section (1) of section 4B of the Aircraft Act, 1934 (XXII of 1934).
