Notification on amendment made to the notification published under the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act 1981
The MoEFCC, in consultation with the CPCB, has updated its regulations for "White Category" industries under the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. The "White Category" now includes all industrial sectors, projects, processes, or activities with a pollution index score up to 25. This is based on an updated Schedule reflecting CPCB's "Classification-2025." Please refer to the notification for more details.
