This has been come into force from 18th June 2021. In the Minerals (Evidence of Mineral Contents) Rules, 2015, In Rule 3: (i) Clause (b) shall be omitted (ii) in Clause (d), the word and figure “Rule 4,” shall be omitted.  In the said Rules, Rule 4 shall be omitted.  In Rule 5: (i) In the marginal heading, after the words “Existence of mineral contents”, the words, brackets, letter and figures “for grant of mining lease under clause (a) of sub-section (2) of section 5 and” shall be inserted.
