1. Short title and commencement-(1) These rules may be called as the Central Motor Vehicles (Fourth Amendment) Rules, 2021. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989 (herein after referred to as the said rules), in rule 115,- (i) in sub-rule (18),- (A) in clause (i),- (1) in ‘Table 2’, in column relating to ‘Flex Fuel (1)’, for the brackets, letters and figures “Ethanol (E85)/(E100)”, the brackets, letters and figures “Ethanol (E20)/(E85)/(E100)”, shall be substituted; (2) in the ‘Notes’ given after ‘Table 2’,-
