EXTENSION OF PERIOD FOR MODIFICATION OF LICENSE BY EXISTING FSSAI LICENSED MANUFACTURERS WITHOUT MODIFICATION FEE
Reference FSSAI order of even number dated 28th May 2020 regarding mofification of license by existing FSSAI Licensed Manufacturers with out modification fee till 31st Dec 2020, Consequent to the approval of Food Authority in its 31st meetng held on 20th october, 2020 it is informed that the period for modifciation of license by existing FSSAI licensed Manufacuturers,witout andy modification fee is extended till 30th June 2021. This issues with the approval of Competent Authority in exercise of the powers vested under sectins 18(2)(d) and 16(5) FSSAI Act, 2006.
