Draft Guidelines for utilization of slurry generated from Marble/Granite processing units to prevent its unregulated dumping on land or low-lying areas

All Marble/Granite processing units shall obtain CTE/CTO under the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974, and the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 from the concerned SPCB/PCC. Please refer to the guidelines for more details.
