DIRECTIONS REGARDING DISPLAY OF DATE OF MANUFACTURING" AND " BEST BEFORE DATE" IN SWEETS "

With referce to order of eveni No dated 25.09.2020 ont he above subject, it is calarified that the said order is applicable for indian sweetsonly and the FBOs are permitted to display the mandatory  " Best before date" and  " Date of Manufacturing" ( Voluntary and non- binding) on the container/tray holding sweets at the outlet for sale in the local language also. etc.,
