Circular regarding New online Dual Use System on SUGAM Portal
To simplify business processes, CDSCO has streamlined Dual Use NOC issuance for bulk drug imports (non-medicinal use) via the Sugam Portal. A 1-year NOC will now be issued, subject to conditions. The Sugam checklist and procedures are updated, with guidance attached. Applications must be submitted online with required documents. The new system is now live on the Sugam Portal and will be fully implemented from 31.08.2025. Please refer to the circular for more details.
