S.O. 1687(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1), (2) and (3) of section 3 of the Commission for Air Quality Management in National Capital Region and Adjoining Areas Ordinance, 2021 (4 of 2021) (hereafter in this notification referred to as the ‘Ordinance’), the Central Government hereby constitutes a body to be known as the Commission for Air Quality Management in NationalCapital Region and Adjoining Areas (hereafter in this notification referred to as the Commission for Air Quality) to exercise the powers conferred on, and to perform the functionsassigned to it under the said Ordinance.
