For serial number 26 and entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely “26 - (a) Electric Power Train Vehicles – Construction and Functional Safety Requirements- AIS-038 (Rev. 1) / 2015, as amended from time to -time -1st October, 2016 and valid upto date of implementation of 26 (b) and 26 (c). (b) Specific Requirements for Electric Power Train of Vehicles- AIS-038 (Rev. 2) / 2020, as amended from time to time-Twelve months from date of notification.  (c)Specific Requirements for L Category Electric Power Train Vehicles-AIS-156 /2020, as amended from time to time - Twelve months from date of notification.”; (ii) For serial number 49 and entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:- “49- Traction batteries used in Battery operated vehicles- AIS-048- 2009, as amended from time to time -1st October, 2013 and valid up to date of implementation of 26 (b) and 26 (c).”.
