AMENDMENT NOTIFICATION UNDER SUB-SECTION (3) OF SECTION 109 OF MOTOR VEHICLES ACT, 1988(DATED -27.01.2022)
In the said notification, - In the Table, in serial numbers 8 and 43, for the figures, letters and word “21st March, 2022”, wherever they occur, the figures, letters and word “21st September, 2022” shall be substituted; In the Table A, in serial number 6, for the figures, letters and word “21st March, 2022”, the figures, letters and word “21st September, 2022” shall be substituted; In the Table B Safety Standards for E-rickshaws and E-carts, in serial number 2, for the figures, letters and word “21st March, 2022”, wherever they occur, the figures, letters and word “21st September 2022” shall be substituted.
