This notification has come into from 16.07.2021. In the Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989 (herein after referred as the said rules), in rule 81, in the table, after serial no. 15 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be inserted, namely: "16.Registration and Issue of certificate of registration for Vintage Motor Vehicles-Twenty Thousand -81C. "17.Re-registration/ Renewal of certificate of registration for Vintage Motor Vehicles - Five Thousand - 81C". In the said rules, after Chapter III, the following Chapter shall be inserted, namely:- 81A. Procedure of application and issuance of Certificate of Registration as a Vintage Motor Vehicle. 81B. Form and manner of display of registration marks on Vintage Motor Vehicles. 81C. Validity of the certificate of registration. `81D. Sale and Purchase. 81E. Restriction on uses. In the said rules, in rule 92, in sub-rule (2), for clause (c), the following clause shall be substituted, namely: - “which is registered as Vintage Motor Vehicle:”
