AMENDED NOTIFICATION OF THE CENTRAL MOTOR VEHICLES (NINTH AMENDMENT) RULES, 2021 (NOTIFICATION DATED 25.05.2021) - MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS.

This notification has come into effect from 25.05.2021. In the Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989, after rule 125-I, the following rule shall be inserted, namely:- “125 J. Specific requirements for A6 and A7 category Electric Power Train Agricultural Tractors.-Electric Power Train Agricultural Tractors of category A6 and A7, shall conform to the requirements of AIS 168:2021, as amended from time to time, till such time as corresponding Indian Standards specifications are notified under the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 2016 (11 of 2016).
