This notification has come into effect from 18.06.2021. In the Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989, in rule 93,-in sub-rule (1), in clause (A), in sub-clause (VI),after the first proviso, the following proviso shall be inserted, namely "Provided further that in case motor vehicle of category N2 or N3 is engaged to carry indivisible loads, the overall height of the motor vehicle shall not exceed 4.75 meters:”; In the second proviso for the words “Provided further”, the word “Provided also” shall be substituted; Sub-rules (4) and (5) shall respectively, be renumbered as sub-rules (3) and (4) thereof.
