This notification has come into effect from 27.08.2021. In the Central Motor Vehicle Rules, 1989 (hereinafter referred to as the said rules), for clause (zd) of rule 2, substitutions were made. In the said rules, in rule 112, after sub-rule (4), the following sub-rules insertions were made. In the said rules, in rule 125-G, after sub-rule (2) insertions were made. In the said rules, in Form 22 F, for the words, figures and brackets, ―[(See rules 47B (3),112(3), 112(4), 126)]‖, the words, figures and brackets, ―[(See rules 47B (3),112(3), 112(4), 112(5), 112(6), 112(7), 112(8), 126)]‖, shall be substituted.
