The Punjab Government has decided to re-open schools and coaching institutions in a graded manner after 15th October 2020. Online learning shall be encouraged and students of 9th to 12th class can only attend schools with parental consent. Schools should mandatorily follow SOPs issued by the Department of Health and Family Welfare. Other activities that can be started are given below: (a) Swimming pools to be used for sportspersons (b) Business to Business exhibitions. (c) Social, academic, political, and other large congregations are permitted with a ceiling of 100 persons. (d) Gathering purely for entertainment not permitted beyond 100 people. Relaxation To Certain Contractual Obligations In View Of COVID-19 In Andhra Pradesh
The Andhra Pradesh Finance Department has issued an order regarding the relaxation of certain contractual obligations in view of Covid-19. The Department has decided to extend the time for the loss of execution period, due to COVID- 19 pandemic. The extension can be granted for all works, entrusted prior to 19th February 2020 for a period of not exceeding 6 months upon request of the Agencies or Contractors.
