As per notification No.G.O.Rt.No.2413 the Government of Andhra Pradesh has declared the List of General Holidays in the State of Andhra Pradesh for the calendar year 2019
The Governor Of Tamil Nadu vide gazette notification G.O. Ms. No. 162, has increased the maximum number of holidays with wages that could be accumulated as per the proviso to sub-section (1) of Section 25 of the said Act to forty five days from the existing twenty four days and additional provisions towards registration, new provisions towards shops and establishments employing less than ten workers, Annual returns and Prohibition of discrimination against women employee. The notification also hereby directs that, the Tamil Nadu Shops and Establishments Act, 1947 shall come into force on 14th November 2018 in all the areas in the State of Tamil Nadu, where the provisions of the said Act have not been brought into force so far
As per notification No. GAD-A(F)9-3/2018 the Government of Himachal Pradesh has declared the List of Gazetted Holidays in the State of Himachal Pradesh for the calendar year 2019
As per press note released, Commissioner of Labour Telangana, Hyderabad and the Competent authority under the Minimum Wages Act, 1948 has declared the CPI points for calculation of variable dearness allowance for the state of Telangana with effect from 1st October 2018
As per notification No. P0 6(1)SA.PRO/6/2018 the Government of Rajasthan has declared the List of General Holidays in the State of Rajasthan for the calendar year 2019
Government of Punjab vide notification no 21/134/2001-5Labour(PF)/1345272 had ordered that registration under Section 13 of the said Act shall be granted within one day from the date of submission of online application without prior inspection by the Competent Authority. The renewal of registration required under Section 13(2)(ii) of the Act is hereby exempted
